Job Description
We are looking for experienced Driver Guides to join our team in Kenya. As a Driver Guide, you will be responsible for providing safe and memorable experiences for our clients during their safari. You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of the local wildlife, geography, and culture while ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to various destinations, including national parks, reserves, and cultural/historical sites.
- Provide informative and engaging commentary about the wildlife, history, and culture of the region.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of safari itineraries.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 10 years of driving experience, with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Driver Guide in the tourism industry, preferably in Kenya.
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan wildlife, geography, and culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in diverse environments.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
